I had a very mixed experience coming to this practice two years ago. While Dr. Bezik and her assistant did the actual dental work very well (I felt no pain or discomfort), the billing process and the cost structure were a source of major anxiety for me. I fronted the cost for an entire 1,300 procedure and then was told that once my insurance paid their portion, I would be reimbursed. This took MONTHS to happen. I’ve used Dr. Bezik for years and have had wonderful results. Despite advanced periodontal disease, she brought me back from the precipice with no lost teeth, no more infection, bleeding, etc. Everything she’s ever told me I needed, I needed. I’m so glad to have her, although I do wish she took more insurances. Her bright chair-side manner is really comforting and her staff go out of their way to ensure you have all the info you need. A+++
A competent dentist, but wasn't thrilled with the woman who cleaned my teeth. Most annoying is their aggressive marketing and seemingly outlandish prices.
Stay away from her, she’s dishonest and will try to rip you off by telling you a lie about your teeth condition, asking $2K for deep cleaning. I still remember how she and her staff were aggressively offering service that was not necessary. She kept saying not to worry cos insurance will cover it etc etc. I went to other dentist and was told my teeth and gum were perfect so no need deep cleaning. I loved visiting Dr. Bezik and her whole staff. The doctor is fantastic, interesting, inquisitive, and kind. She's wonderfully nerdy and walked me through everything she was doing as I was curious and really wanted feedback so I can take preventative measures to keep myself healthy.
