Staff does not seem concerned. Doctor does not honor schedule. Will be seeking new medical facility and doctor.
Takes 2 hours for an X-ray, 3 hours for a blood draw, and an average of 1.5 hrs for an appointment! Only to have the staff belittle you and make you feel less than human: yelling at patients for not checking in (when they had the receipt and other paperwork to prove it - yes I said receipt, you have to pay before you even see her!); then put them in a corner at the end of the hallway and proceed to snicker with the receptionists before coming back to laugh at their face and send them to their room. Then Dr. Jordan comes in a... read more
Dr. Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable. As a new patient, I was able to get in to see her the day after I called for an appointment. She was very thorough.
Worse doctor I have ever been to. Don't waste your time with this doctor!
Dr. Jordan acts like she can't get rid of her patients fast enough. In my opinion I think she needs to work on her bedside manner 1000%! I have not and will NEVER recommend anyone to go see her. I have a torn meniscus and displaced knee cap and the only thing she told me to do was take a medicine that is contraindicated for my health and to, basically, walk it out. Had to go to a real doctor who advised me to rest it as much as possible and to keep to keep it raised...I am scheduled for surgery to fix the problem. "Dr." Jord... read more
with appointment still about 1h waiting to be seen (not just once), hard to get appointment, poor patient care, unwilling to write referal after emergency room visit without making appointment with her first, no follow up ever, very short time with doctor and extremely long time waiting
Prescribed medicaton, said my reaction was not normal, referred me to another doctor. This doctor didn't know what medication to try. Went to an internal medicine doctor in larger city who diagnosed, prescribed medication, said my reaction was not uncommon and that I needed to stay with it as my body adjusted. Follow-up was thorough. I now feel great! Mine was not a complicated problem, don't know why first two doctors missed it!
DR Jordan spent less than 3 minutes listening to the symptoms. misdiagnosed problem and recommended $1000 test. then never followed up with patient. 2nd doctor spent 15 minutes listening to symptoms and made correct diagnoses in 1 office visit. DR Jordans staff over bills or misfiles with insurance in my experiance
She talks to you looking at her computer screen. You feel like a piece of furniture. Always sounds like she is mad about something on every visit.Never explains change in treatment. She has NO business being a doctor. Absolutely none!
