I am very very disappointed with Dr Grunch. She dishes her work onto PAs, lacks communication, and rushes out of visits. After 3 surgeries I am worse than I started. 2 other spine doctors even recommended different solutions. I have lost complete confidence in her and would not recommend. I have decided to switch to another doctor who cares more and spends time with their patients.
She never showed up after surgery and instead keeps sending her PAs. Terrible service.
In May I made an appointment with this office requesting a visit with Dr. Grunch. as told would have to meet with her assistant instead. I asked if after meeting with the assistant if I would then be able to see Dr. Grunch to discuss my options and was told yes. I waited until the first week of August (after I called to beg for an earlier appointment-originally was August 26th) and saw the assistant. After waiting this long and in extreme pain, was told I needed to have an MRI. Three months to figure that out? Then I had to ... read more
We had emergency surgery just two days ago. I can not express enough how grateful we are for Dr. Grunch. Her team have been very helpful and compassionate. My husband was unable to walk more than 5 steps with out help. It was such a scary time my husband and I were so scared and did not know what to do. Dr. Grunch was able to talk to us at 1am after doing surgery all day. She took the time to explain what was happening and gave us the option to wait. I am so glad we went ahead with the procedure. My husband is doing so much ... read more
Dr. Grunch is an incredible human being who always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciate her and her team for putting me at ease during my appointments. Her recommendations have worked wonders for me, and I would happily recommend her to any friends/family members with neurosurgical needs.
Just sending me to study after study without actually fixing the problem. Time to go elsewhere.
The new clinic has been completely disorganized. Hour long delayed only to find out my appointment has been cancelled because the doctor is not there. Will be finding care elsewhere.
Excellent care, best team. Dr. Grunch listened to me and helped solve my chronic pain I have been dealing with for years. She is caring, compassionate, and cares for her patients! So thankful!
I had a bad outcome and still cannot move due to my fusion surgery. I wish I never had surgery in the first place.
Business response:
Mary H - I just want to reach out personally, as I don't have a patient by this name that had a spinal fusion. I am happy to see you in the office to address your ongoing pain issues from your previous surgery by another provider! I would love to have the opportunity to try to help you with this pain. Best wishes to you!
