Dr. Hairston use to take her time with you and answer questions, but now I feel like I'm just on a conveyor belt passing through on an inspection. She seems annoyed when I ask a question. I leave feeling un-helped. I get creams prescribed but nothing works. I wish I could find out the cause of my skin issues but I feel like I'm just another number. Maybe she's burned out. I don't know but it's not the same anymore. Honestly though, every doctor I see is this way. 😩

I have use Dr Hairston for 10 years . Always thought she was the best , but for the best few years she ignored my concerns over place on my foot . Finally got referred to foot dr who immediately biopsied my foot. It was cancer . Had to have plastic surgeon to do the surgery and had to have skin grafts .always get second opinion if you think she not listening .
