My experience with this doctor is watching family members be violated of their basic rights. To be examined in a time frame well under the specified appt, to be led to believe she was intelligent enough to make a decision for the family court. This couldn’t be farther from any truth. Dr Bliss is a pathological liar, lied to the court and caused irreparable damage to the family she screwed over with her lies and falsified documents. Relied on an illegal recording in her evaluation. Needs to be prosecuted for perjury. LET'S HEAR THAT PERMISSION TO RECORD!!! NEVER ACTUALLY SPOKE TO COLLATERAL CONTACT LISTED IN HER EVALUATION! Got caught lying to Director's Action Line when complaint was filed regarding her being notified of a threat against mom and she ignored it.
