Love Dr Kaplan! He found the basal cell carcinoma on my neck & treated promptly & continued monitoring it. He’s very kind & approachable. He always takes time to listen to you & never rushes. The longest wait time I’ve ever had was 15 minutes before being called back. Definitely a 5 ??????????!
Very kind & listens to your questions. Wait time is never very long & staff is friendly. Dr K found the basal cell carcinoma on my neck & treated accordingly. I see him every 6 months for precautionary visits.
