Worst appointment schedulong ever. 2nd time this happens to me. Appt today was set @3pm arrived before waited in my car with a toddler over one hour.. by then 410pm and still 3 people ahead of me. WHAT IS THE POINT OF SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT IF WE WILL NOT BE SEEN AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. they're excuse was" too many appointment where scheduled for one Dr. "🙄 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. DR IS GREAT BUT THE SCHEDULING AND WAIT TIME IS REDICULOUS. Looking for another provider SOON !!!
RecommendedDr Medina is the best! Took care of me & my baby despite being a high risk pregnancy. Office visits varied sometimes you were in and out and others you had to wait but nonetheless you are taken care of and that's what matters. Thank you Dr Medina & your amazing staff for everything!
They take ridiculously long. I waited 4 hours for this lady to check hear my daughters lungs, "clear her for surgery" when I specifically told her the hospital was asking for a respiratory panel (which was not done in the 4 hours) just for us to end up driving all the way to Corpus to find out she was NOT cleared. They're lazy, inconsiderate, could not possibly care less of the parents concerns. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE.
Great treating throughout the whole pregnacy ... ive had 2 amazing drs.
Love it here ! I Had great experience ! The long wait is worth it. The doctors are nice and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Medina motivated me to breastfeed and to take classes and I learned the benefits to breastfeeding! I had a smooth delivery! I Recommend 100%!
get a friendly receptionist she was super rude if u dont like your job dont work there
