Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
