This office is a perfect example of how the "staff" can ruin a doctor's practice. Dr.Gonzales is a very nice, very thorough and good at what she does. However, her staff on the other hand is the MOST UNORGANIZED, LAZY staff I have EVER come across. Like the lady before I've left messages and have not had anyone call me back. On at least two occasions I had a set appointment just to be told "sorry we don't have you on the schedule, but we can see you next week.". My physical came back all normal but they insisted I come back for a follow up. When I called to cancel the follow up and requested my lab results, initially they said it will be faxed over to me. I called 3x and finally some pissed off lady got on the phone and said it will cost me $25 for a 1 page copy of my lab result, and eager to take more money. Stay away from this office.
