BEWARE: THIS OFFICE AND IT'S STAFF ARE DESPICABLE. On November 18th of 2011 my wife, who suffers from severe allergies heard wonderful things about Immunotherapy. She made an appoint and on this day the staff at Vital Life Wellness Center, headed by Dr. Bernice Gonzalez gave her an allergy test to begin the therapy. On this day, she also received a signed document stating in writing that the Immunotherapy was 100% covered by our insurance, after the $25 copay for each monthly visit.
