I had a 5 bypass open heart surgery and it required an extensive surgery , 32 days in the hospital. Dr. Huang showed up almost every day, I thought wow what a thoughtful doctor. One month after surgery he sent me a bill for @ $4500.00 dollars for the visits that we never discussed! My heart surgeon Dr. Arthur Santos saw me daily and didn’t charge one cent extra. Dr benson is very nice and professional,but staff is the worse.I went for a physical force exam in treadmill appointmentment at 9am.whe arrived there was only 1 person waiting in lobby and my self.people start arriving and they jump me and pass them.i ask receptionist when will be my turn,but they told to wait.I Wait for 1:18 minutes but they never did my exam.so I just advice receptionist I 'll be leaving office,they never pass me inside for exam.I left very disappointed with bad service.
Dr. Huang and the medical staff are great and truly cares about what is going on with you. Front desk staff is unprofessional and could care less about doing their job. Rescheduled a walk in for a telephone appointment due to a surgery 5 days in advance, Tele appointment was made for Friday and on day of appointment no call was received, called office was told the staff went home. Reschedule to following Monday, again no call from Dr's. Office. Went in person to find out what issues were and front staff offered to reschedule... read more
