Dr. Pulikkottil operated on my hand, restoring it to functionality after my thumb was broken in a pedestrian-car event (I was the pedestrian). He performed my surgery, and it was during follow up visits that he revealed a warm, funny personality that is disarming and makes the difficult period of recovery that much easier. I could tell I was in good 'hands' from a technical standpoint, and him being nice, too, was icing on the cake.

I'm so glad I went to see Dr. Pulikkottil for my wrist. I ended up breaking my scaphoid during a motorcycle accident went in for surgery and am already back at work.

I tore a ligament in my hand in a skiing accident in such a way that it would not heal on its own and get worse over time. I wasn't exactly thrilled by the prospect of surgery, but my experience truly exceeded all expectations. I'm incredibly impressed by the communication, medical treatment, and professionalism of Dr. Pulikkottil and his team. I had an excellent experience under the care of Dr Pulikkottil for the closing of my incision for a lumbar spine surgery. My neurosurgeon is absolutely fantastic, but because of significant open wound scarring from a previous unrelated surgery in the same area due to an incision that did not heal properly, he wanted Dr Pulikkottil to “close” for this surgery. Dr. Pulikottil really listened when I told him how active I am. He thought hard about which type of surgery and recovery exercise plan would best meet my needs, given the hand fracture I experienced and the bone structure I have. Follow-ups --X-rays to clinically verify re-stabilization of my bones, as well as conversation to enquire how I feel-- have been brief, but nonetheless regular, effective, and reassuring.

Dr. Pulikkottil was able to help me since the first visit, he explained the procedure he was going to do to be able to help me out, after surgery the post visits had been great everyone at his office is super nice and helpful making sure I'm taking care off since I have to drive 3 hrs to see him. I am a physician myself and recognize there are many good hand specialists, but when I needed surgery myself for a major thumb injury, I went to see Dr Pulikkottil. He was very accommodating and I am very happy with the experience and the outcome. I recommend him very highly.
