Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

I like this office pretty well, they get you in quickly although it's a busy office.

I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
