The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question.
