Dr Yim is an excellent doctor and saved my dad’s life with 2 successful neuro procedures. Dr Yim’s staff is unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacks any sense of urgency. They are unfit for any patient-facing care-involved role. Every time I have called Dr Yim’s office, Andrea has hung up on me. I was 911ed into the hospital at John Muri Unable to get up after 2 MRI and 2 cat scans and a shot in the back and 11 days in the hospital Dr Yims team made the recommendation for surgery. It changed my life, i am now playing golf again and living a pain free life, no more numbness in my legs, spiders due to nerve problem's walking up leg and no more pain shooting down the back of my leg. Amazing. Professional while comforting as he explained the details of the surgery I was about to undergo. After surgery came to my room daily with positive and encouraging info. So happy he was my surgeon. I want to thank him for a %100 perfect surgery. Can’t even see my scar.
Dr. Yim is what one would hope for in a neurosurgeon, capable to the max and compassionate. So grateful that my husband was able to have a brain aneurism treated successfully by Dr. Yim.
