Dr. Yim is my hero. I was recently admitted to the hospital on an emergency basis because I was having trouble standing on my own. Dr. Yim diagnosed a (benign) tumor in my spine, which he removed during a 5 hour surgery. A month later, my recovery has been amazing! A bonus, Dr. Yim has not seemed rushed in any of our visits. He has answered all my questions (and my family’s). You can joke with him, and he smiles a lot. I feel really lucky that Dr. Yim became my neurosurgeon when I didn’t even know I needed one.
I had emergency surgery on a busted brain aneurysm. I can't believe he did it all through my right arm. Grateful
Dr Yim is an excellent doctor and saved my dad’s life with 2 successful neuro procedures. Dr Yim’s staff is unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacks any sense of urgency. They are unfit for any patient-facing care-involved role. Every time I have called Dr Yim’s office, Andrea has hung up on me. She doesn’t even call me back, but when I call back, she laughs about hanging up every time we speak. Other times, my calls and messages don’t get answered.
