After experiencing a severe herniation in my L5/S1 and being rushed to the ER just 7 days before my wedding day, Dr Benjamin Yim was the neurosurgeon on call who took my case. He called me at 9PM and was sent to voicemail (do not disturb was on) so he called my emergency contact, who is my sister, to let her know they'd be transferring me to the surgery center and he would come to greet me the next morning at 7AM.
