Nice and clean place.My first visit I did an extraction and root canal.Am now in the process of getting my implant.Very nice staff and Doctors explain what they are doing to you.Highly recommended 🙏🙏
Horrible place ,I haven’t been to this dentist in over 24 months and received a claim for unreceived services in 2025 on a Sunday. The billing lady, who seems to be engaging in fraudulent activities by charging for services not rendered and intentionally using incorrect codes, attributed these claims to the dentist. She assured me that she would address the issue with him. Be aware that they charge for unreceived services.
The office manager at this office is disrespectful. She is very unprofessional and I dont see how the provider hasnt replaced her she suck at speaking with people. She acts like people are less than her. Little did she know she was speaking with a lawyer.
Dr. Benjamin Ketayev and staff claim to take Medicaid patients, but after they take all of your information, including foto, front and back, of your medical insurance and picture ID, and your social security number, then they told me I have to pay for the x rays because I got one done last year and the insurance would not cover, which was not true. Any way, I called my last dentist and they sent them the x rays, but Dr. said he needed new ones. So I paid $125.00 with my credit card. After that he called his assistant to talk... read more
