This was my worst experience after 4 years of service with this eye center. This was the first time I purchased eye glasses from here. What I paid for and ordered was not given to me because the person who took my order sadly passed away. The office manager was very rude and disrespectful and stated that he could not honor the order that was agreed and paid for because the other person was no longer with us passed away.
