When we went there they were very professional and efficient! Highly recommend this office for those seeking care and treatment for one's eyes.
Office staff and their “office policy” made this one of the WORST customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went to the wrong address right across C470 on Broadway and called to tell Dr Wartas office that I would be a few min late as I just got the correct address. The poorly-trained girl at the front said “our company policy says we can’t see you if you are more than 7 min late.” She said I had to reschedule. The very best and most professional service. My rimless frames broke. I sure wish someone in the office was working remotely so I could find my frame size and order a replacement online. I could then have my lenses put in when the office opens and not have to wait another 3 weeks.
