My thanks to Dr, Studdard and his team for the thoughtful, professional treatment of my 91 yo mother. The doctor was patient in both listening and responding to our concerns and questions. There was a snafu in processing paperwork. While it took several days and a few phone calls to get it sorted, Kayla was an absolute gem in her diligence to get to the bottom of the issue; her expertise, patience, and demeanor were exemplary. I am so grateful to her for making what could have been a nightmare a relatively painless process!
All I can say about this, Dr and his assistant is that they are unprofessional and uncaring. I’m so mad that I’m not even gonna tell my story. Just take my word for it…
Spoke to Denise regarding the lab results for my mother and asked if there’s any other alternative that I can do to assist with her in the meantime. In response she stated verbatim ‘your mother can die at home or go to the ER like we said’ very rude, unprofessional, and unsympathetic. Especially when asking what her baseline was to this particular issue, since she had bloodwork done prior and we weren’t notified of this being an issue before, and she stated they do not have access to those records??
