For me, going to the dentist has always seemed to parallel taking your car to the mechanic. You never know what your in for and you are praying it's not going to cost you and arm and a leg (or possibly some teeth). Finding an honest mechanic is hard but they are out there. I was terrified going to Wave Dental. It has been years since I have been to the dentist, as the place I went to as a child and adult felt like going to an untrustworthy car mechanic.
