He did an emergency craniotomy when I went to the ER for a headache and found out I had a subdural hematoma. He followed up with me time and time again to make sure I was okay. He saved my life.
I found Dr Rosenbaum and Jen, his PA to be providers who get to the root of the problem. They didn’t just rush me directly into surgery, but explored thoroughly what was going on. They didn’t hesitate to order more tests and imaging in order to best help. It was a wait getting in to see them, but worth the time.
Dr. Rosenbaum comes HIGHLY recommend....his staff, on the other hand, does NOT. Seriously reconsidering if it's worth the stress of dealing with the staff. 5 stars for Dr. Rosenbaum!!! 1 star for the staff, which averages out to about 2-3, so...since staff reflects the office atmosphere, unfortunately, I cannot give this doctor 5 stars, even though he deserves it. d:-/
