My 84 year old Mom called and was treated rudely on the phone. She ended coming into the office for her appointment where the staff proceeded to treat her rudely and when she was trying to explain what is happening, they threatened to call the police on her if she didn’t leave immediately. Dr. Potkin has been treating me for the past 10 years. My heart keeps ticking thanks to his treatment. His staff is very professional. Dr. Potkin is very thorough and proactive in helping me keep my heart healthy despite many hereditary conditions. I recommend Dr. Potkin and his staff.
Reading the reviews here I thought people were reviewing a different Dr. Potkin. I found great care and service with Dr Potkin and staff. I was seen after a minimal waiting time. Dr Potkin was thorough and professional. His staff followed Dr Potkins professionalism and kindness. Very happy to find such a good health care provider.
The worst! You wait 1-2 hours to see him and then when he comes in he's either pre-occupied on his phone or talking about something else. He takes 3 minutes to see a patient and doesn't even say goodbye. Looking for new Dr

Dr. Potkin, my doctor since 2015, is kind, thorough, insightful, and expert. He has provided me with good referrals as well. I trust his advice and help. His staff is friendly and efficient. I would recommend him highly.
I had no choice but had to see this clown because he was listed under my workers comp provider list. I was seeing him for over a year and a half and during that time I never had any problems on getting my refills completed until just recently. I had problems get one of my two medications completed and had to wait two weeks for my follow up to get my refill. Dr. Potkins is completely unprofessional and irrational. He mis diagnosed my mother with a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CANCER. He was unkind with his approach and made her upset when she explained he was wrong. He did not provide the level of care that you would expect from a Cardiologist much less a “Professional “. One word To the wise would be RUN.
Wonderful doctor! I feel confident in this doctor's care.
