The facility is modern, clean, with a calming atmosphere. Nursing staff was friendly and efficient, and my appointment started on time.I was surprised that the physician and two others (likely residents) didn't wear masks despite UCSF's policy requiring them in patient care areas during respiratory season (Nov 2024-April 2025). The nurses I saw all were masked. The doctor was knowledgeable and well-qualified. Great clinical doctor who explains everything very well. Last year had minor surgery and overnight hospital stay,Dr.Breyer was very good at follow up. Was very good listener and at finding out what was wrong. My procedure was minor but very difficult. Dr.Breyer was excellent
