Staff was friendly and safe, Dr. Metz was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. Very good group and would highly recommend.
Dr. Metz's office incorrectly quoted a procedure as a "in network dental" claim. The procedure was ACTUALLY an "out of network medical" claim. Because of THEIR billing mistake very little of the procedure was paid for by insurance. This left me on the hook for a VERY LARGE out of pocket expense for the procedure. To add insult to injury, they attempted to make it look like they were working to take some off of my bill.
