Had a routine root canal procedure. Was treated kindly and respectfully from the moment I walked in, including the receptionist, nurse / dental assistant, and dentist. I had a very good experience from start to finish at Apex. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Levine was very professional and caring all during my treatment, as was his knowledgeable assistant. I hope not to need a root canal again, but, if I do, I would return to Apex and Dr Levine.
The Apex office staff were all very helpful. Dr. Levine was very good about explaining everything in what could happen and all he was doing during the procedure. It all went very well.
As someone who’s had decent amount of dental work done, this was quickest root canal I’ve ever had completed! Was as painless as could be; considering the process. Friendly staff who thoroughly explained every detail. Even scheduling was a breeze; other local options have appointments months out. Appreciate the willingness to resolve my issues in a timely manner. Highly recommend this practice!
