I would never consider recommending Benjamin Stevens as a physician. Ever bother to read your medical records? Against objections Dr. Stevens dropped a thyroid prescription dosage 50 MG, a large dosage change. I have no thyroid and two weeks later my teeth are covered by cavities. Dr. Stevens denies any wrongdoing. Yet a letter from a dentist and an endocrinologist contradicts that. Lab work that came in about a month after starting in a new throid therapy dosage- I have no thyroid- showed out of range low thyroid output. That, Dr. Stevens, DO, is the result of you making a large thyroid therapy dosage change over my objection, over refusing to refer me to a specialist or seek a second opinion. Before my visit I questioned the credibility of Dr. Stevens I would be seeing. Using lab work, he was refusing to alter his drop of my thyroid therapy dosage-I have none- or refer me to a specialist-"Unnecessary expense," or at lease seek a second opinion. My reaction sent me to the ER with what one online response was that I had been thrown into a thyroid storm. What ever it was ruined my dental health costing me thousands and discomfort.
