I have been a patient of Dr. Havemann's for approx. 9 years. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable; friendly with a considerate demeanor; his PA and staff are great too. I. don't ever have issues scheduling a desirable appt date/time. I like the fact that he and his staff get to know you and cultivate a great Dr/patient relationship. His office is a bit out of the way for me (Lakeway), but I trust him 100% and feel I am getting quality care for my UC.
Dr Havemann was very professional with a fabulous and friendly demeanor. Very experienced and thorough. Made me feel comfortable and have confidence in his skills. I trust this doctor.
I just had my first colonoscopy test today, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Havemann, his staff, and the Endoscopy Center on James Casey. I followed the pre-colonoscopy guidelines to the letter, and while the prep was not pretty, i had no pain. Everyone we interacted with was both friendly and professional, and put me at ease with the whole procedure. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Havemann when it is time to tackle your colonoscopy.

I called them for appointment and i talked with very very rude person,she doent want to do that job,i dont want any appointment at that office
Dr. Havemann and Assistant Laura Johnston do not respond to messages regarding procedure results.
Having a colonoscopy isn't pleasant, but his staff is the best I've met.
Hard to get through to a staff person and they often don't call back. Havemann is a great doctor so far though.
