Dr. Griggs delivered my daughter 10 years ago and she was my first child. He provided me with excellent care. He is a very caring man and has plenty of patience, because I had anxiety, especially with this being my first delivery. He treat me kind and very special. Dr. Griggs, is missed here in Mobile, Alabama by so many. After finding out through ultrasound that I was going to miscarry, Dr. Connor saw me immediately and took the time to comfort me and explain that this was not my fault. Her words helped me so much, and I will always be grateful for the compassion she showed me that day. Dr. Connor is always thorough and explains things in a way that is easy to understand.
I feel confident in my doctor. He was my doctor for my entire first pregnancy. He always cover all the bases and made sure I understood everything every step of the way.
He is the best Dr. Ever!!!Dr. Griggs always takes the time out and acknowledge his patients. He wasn't available to deliver my three year old,but I'm so looking forward to him delivering this baby....
I am a patient of Dr. Martin, but have seen Dr. Griggs several timesthroughout my current pregnancy with twins. While in the hospital due to preterm labor, Dr. Griggs saw me. He had a wonderful personality and seemed concerned. I trusted in his judgement. He was cautious.
On our first "baby" appointment, he told my wife, she shouldn't exercise to a heart rate above 140, which was proven false in 2002 by National OBGYNs. He took my wife's initial weight while she was wearing about 10 lbs of winter clothes and shoes. Then he refused to give us an ultrasound before 22 weeks because before then they "aren't medically necessary" even though most OBGYNs will do it before 10 weeks. Very poor bedside manner. Amazing doctor! So easy to talk to! She's not one of those doctors that talks down to you or makes you feel stupid for asking a question.
ALTHOUGH DR.CONNOR IS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH A WOMAN'S BODY, HER OFFICE WILL KEEP YOU WAITING FOR A MINIMUM OF 45 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND DURING THAT TIME HER NURSES ASSURE YOU IT WON'T BE LONG WHILE YOU SWELTER IN A HOT PATIENT ROOM. NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN DR. CONNOR FINALLY SHOWS UP SHE LETS YOU KNOW SHE IS READY TO GO AND THAT YOU NEED TO HURRY UP BECAUSE SHE MUST ATTEND TO THE OTHER 5 PATIENTS SHE OVERBOOKED AND HAVE WAITING. Dr. Griggs is a wonderful doctor! He always takes the time to talk and go over any complaints or problems I may have. He is such a sweet and caring doctor. I would recommend him to anyone! Love him!
