Had an appointment to request my son be tested for lupus. Dismissed all of his symptoms. Said rash in his body was dry skin and couldn’t be lupus because it’s not on his face. Ignored the fact he has some hair loss. Said his frequent headaches he gets especially during the summer were normal and the heat affects us all. I have been going to Dr. Riggs for about 17 years he is the best Doctor I have ever had! He explains conditions very well and listens very well he sends me to a specialist if needed makes sure my lab work is up to date and answers all of my questions I couldn't ask for a better Doctor!Thank you Doc Riggs!
My parents were getting care for alot of years, but my Dad started having very bad memory issues with big cognitive decline. Well, Dr Riggs never did anything but gave my Dad got a referral to a neurologist. And the testing showed that he has vascular dementia, and the doctor should have reported to the DMV that he cant drive anymore and needed help, but never ever did. Absolutely beyond trust Dr. Enriquez. Smart, good judgment, adaptable personality who is quick witted, seemed to catch onto my “it is what is, so I like to laugh through the pain” attitude and makes you feel confident and comfortable going into such a scary procedure, potentially life ending due to my young age and health predispositions. I am a returning patient of Dr. Riggs. I really enjoy my doctor. He’s great however when he’s not available for any reason, I am not treated with the same care by the rest of the staff. I am extremely ill. I went in for an urgent visit and was seen by the other doctor. I was told on my way out,that if there was anything else I needed,to contact the office. I was diagnosed with gallstones in 2017 no symptoms but November 2022 I started having symptoms abdominal pain and lower back pain went to ER and the doc there got me in contact with Dr Enriquez office got an appointment same day and two weeks later scheduled for surgery I was very scared but Dr Enriquez told me that all would be ok . Dr. Enriquez performed my umbilical hernia repair. He did an outstanding job. My wife felt very secure that he was going to do the repair. We are grateful for his expertise and leaving us with a sense of security and health in my healing process.
My husband has been going to see this "doctor" for four years. I have never seen such a lack in all my years in nursing! I am absolutely that she is in practice. I truly believe that she is oNLy able to take care of patients that does not have any problems that are only healthy !! Patients beware! You have been warned.
