I saw this doctor twice, and both times it was as if he couldn't get out of the exam room fast enough. After two extremely rushed appointments in which he explained little to nothing and was condescending and dismissive, I sought care from another doctor in a different practice. Took time to listen to how the injury occured and did a thorough exam. Took time to explain potential treatment. Love that he went with a non-surgical route first. Hopefully that clears up my issue.
Dr. Kittredge was initially my second opinion. But I was so impressed with his approach that I decided to have him perform my ACL surgery instead. My other opinion had said that I had meniscus damage and would be straight leg for 6 weeks after surgery and that surgeon would only use a cadaver ligament due to my age. But Dr. Kittredge said he did not see any meniscus damage and would not touch it and would use my hamstring ligament which I felt much better about. The Doctor was very patient and explained my situation clearly after a fall on my face.
He got me the proper care plan for my condition.
I deeply appreciate Dr Kitteredge . He correctly assessed the pain in my shoulder which was causing me to lose sleep at night I wore a lidocaine patch day and night He told me that the reverse joint replacement was the only option. Dr Kittredge was very attentive during my time with him. Offered an operative and non-operative path for a broken clavicle. Listened to my questions, concerns, thoughts…addressed them all before and after the surgery as well as all post-op follow up visits. Felt very comfortable throughout. I hope I never need another surgeon (orthopedic or any other), but if I did I would feel very comfortable with Dr Kittredge. If you need an orthopedic surgeon, you’re in great hands with him.
