On 3/5/24 i injured my finger and went to my Dr, Ben Kermani and they examined it and refered me to XRay. I was informed right away that my finger was broken and was given a refered to the Nevada Orthappedics and spone center. I called and was told that they could not give me an appointment, because it was worded wrong in the referral. I was asked to call my dr to have it reworded. He is ok internal medicine Dr in Las Vegas. Great at ordering tests, but not so great at treating or diagnosing. His staff is very nice Although they sometimes lack good communication.I think there is a general lack of empathy or trying to listen to the patients concern by the Dr.
This Dr's office NEVER answers any of their phone lines, at this or at his other locations, and it takes them weeks to return any message you leave. The doctor is friendly enough, but his answer to everything seems to always be to send you for labs and more labs. He often cancels your appointment the day of, while you've been sitting in his office for 45 minutes... and then claims you missed your appointment.
