Dr Belani and her staff are amazing! Highly recommend her for cataract removal surgery. Their office is really organized. Diana is so patient and friendly and she helped plan out all the office visits for pre op and post op. I’ve never seen a doctor’s office prepare you for surgery so well and explain every step clearly. We knew exactly what to expect and everything went smoothly. Would not recommend. I have been a client for several years and recently had an eye infection which was not treated properly the first time, or second. Provider was rushed, refused to cancel a very expensive eye oint and order an equally appropriate oral medication. Did the oint with little improvement and then given the oral med with steroids. I had to inform her what meds and how much I took after second visit because that info was never documented in my visit note. Disorganized. Will not return. I am in the medical field.
She's very caring and understanding and she listens to what you have to say doesn't rush you out the door. Second she's been taking care of my parents eyes for a while that makes me very happy.
