Dr Akbarpour is truly a gem. When other internal medicine physicians were not able to help, he did and he did it with all his heart. Truly a man of knowledge, and dedicated to making the patient feel safe and also educated. I would encourage anyone to speak to him and claim him as their physician. We need more doctors like him.
The best Dr he is extremely thorough so plan on spending sometime your 1st visit but he will help you out for whatever your needs are. Donna is amazing as well. She works with you in getting your appts and whatever front office needs you have…
This office or hospital is very dishonest. In February of 2023 I took a Covid test by CHORI, Children’s Hospital Oakland Research Institute on Martin Luther King St at 57th St in Oakland, CA. I scheduled an appointment and I distinctly remember the message saying to entering on 57th St. When I arrived, there was a line forming at booth on MLK St. I mentioned I made an appointment for a Covid test and asked I I was at the right place.
