I went to Dr Mark for personal training to help me with a hip issue I’d been having. Not only has the hip issue resolved, but Dr Mark has me truly enjoying working out again! (Something that came to a halt during COVID) It’s really nice having one place for chiropractic and massage, but throw in a sweet gym AND a personal trainer, and Dr Bear checks all the boxes!
