Staff is extremely helpful. Yvonne went above and beyond to be my patient advocate and get my rare medication covered by the pharmacy. Such fantastic customer service
Dr Kisso saw my adult daughter who had been having severe abdominal pain for the past three years that was really affecting her quality of life. After the visit he got her fit in for an urgent procedure and within days we were advised she has a serious infection in her stomach. He and his office worked tirelessly in getting her medications for her because the insurance did not want to cover it but they got it covered and she feels so much better! We love this office and highly recommend them and him!
I know my disorders. I saw Dr Kiddo per my GP’s advice. I explained I have IBS with diarrhea and am on the FODMAP diet. He looked at me as if I spoke another language. He just told me if I get diarrhea to take anti diarrhea meds. I’ve been on the FODMAP protocol for many years and works for me and others that I’ve had conversations with. He should LISTEN to his patients and be more up to date on no-medicine based treatments. On to a new doctor.
Dr Kisso listened to my pain and performed two scopes. I felt like a number with my visits with him. In and out. But I still gave him the chance. He completely missed my hiatal hernia which another scan found. I find that he is lazy and incompetent
Dr. Kisso performed a colonoscopy on me very recently. He was very thorough in explaining what would take place. And gave me the wonderful care I received. Thank you Dr. Kisso.
I want for a follow up visit today. It was easy to find the building. All the girls in the office were very nice and helpful. Doctor kisso was very pleasent and explained what was on the report. He answered my questions. As for the review I read I did not see any of that. I would highly recommend doctor kisso. Thank you for being so kind
This is the WORST DOCTOR AND STAFF I've ever experienced in my 53 yrs of living. I've been lied to constantly by staff and ignored by this misfit of a "doctor". He is EXTREMELY LAZY as well as his dishonest staff " Airias, Roxanne and Penny all have lied to me in an effort to cover up for this incompetent lazy "doctor". Please explore all other options before considering this doctor and his dishonest rude staff.
After initial consultation, it took 3 months to get any bloodwork or tests ordered. They said they ordered records, but didn't follow up until I called 2 months later. Very dismissive about health issues, ignoring many symptoms, and just says exercise & lose weight. Went to Mayo, who ordered iron infusions. Asked Dr. Kisso to arrange in Tucson, since it's a 9+ hour commitment to go to Mayo for that. He refused, said to take OTC iron. Office called with test results a month after test.
Don't understand how this guy can have any more than a 1 star. He is rude, won't listen, interrupts and is too arrogant to listen to his patients. It's as if he doesn't like to deal with patients. It was an awful experience and I got out of there feeling like my pain was not important.
