The office ladys are super nice and very helpful.
Our experience with Dr. Le Roux was horrible. No proper instructions. Lack of care and more on making you spend money on ortho products that you are not required to have, we think he owns the place where to get these Ortho products too. Make a research before you agree to anything.
Our experience with Dr. Leroux at the Niagara Falls Fracture Clinic was unacceptable and deeply concerning. We were sent to this clinic two days after my son broke two bones in his leg, yet there was no urgency, no compassion, and no basic level of professional care shown. Dr. Leroux demonstrated a complete lack of communication skills and bedside manner.
