All 3 of my kids are patients of Dr. Simon, Dr. Rubinoff, and Dr. Grinstein. They are all amazing!! This review is for Dr. Simon in particular, as we have finally graduated from the ortho office. My kids have had braces and treatment from Dr. Simon with excellent results. I highly recommend him. He is very thorough, patient, and has an amazing bedside manner. Just had an uncomfortably bad first time appointment with Dr Simon, who took over Dr Rubinoff’s patients. Horrible bedside manner, lack of proper transition, meaning it seemed like Dr Simon didn’t bother looking into our daughter’s dental file (it would show she was past due for a cleaning due to Covid19) because no follow up appointment was given for cleaning until the following year!! Amazing dental care from regular checkups to orthodontic.Dr.Simon and Dr.Rubinoff are incredible..My child's dental journey started at 18 months of age and after 5 years of braces -17 years later-her teeth are fantastic!!
The entire team from the receptionists, to the hygienists and Dr. Matt himself have only been kind, patient and competent with my son who has extreme anxiety at the dentist. The clinic offers different options to make the procedure as comfortable and painless as possible for your child. On one occasion, we went with a full anaesthesia and had several procedures done quickly and efficiently while my son was comfortably sleeping and overseen by an anaesthesiologist.
