I stopped in to the Iris shop in my local community of downtown Edmonton to look for new glasses. I was greeted by Rachelle who is the manager. She provided top notch, honest service when helping me choose the best frame that suited me! I appreciated her friendly, professional interactions and willingness to offer suggestions and recommendations. The options and offerings for frames was ample. I would highly recommend Rachelle for your next eyeglass appointment!
The staff here are so kind! I dropped in today while travelling from Australia. The screw on the right arm of my glasses was coming loose so I was worried about it being lost and the glasses breaking while I'm over here. One of the lovely ladies here replaced the stripped screw and gave me a care kit for my glasses. Thank you so much for your help!
