I brought in a pair of glasses to get a part replaced. They were so friendly and professional, did a really good job with the repair. Plan to go back there when it's time for the next eye exam and set of glasses.
We had a really great experience wit Dr McKenzie! They treated us all with 5 star service. Everything was quick and efficient! The staff was kind and helpful. Dr McKenzie was attentive, thorough, super friendly and personable! The biggest stand out for me was how well my daughter was treated! I went to this place to have a small screw replacement. The staff team here are very nice! They also cleaned the lenses and the other loose screw. Very convenient! Didn’t charge me for it too. Will recommend if you need a screw replacement and to shop for glasses!
Perfect service. Timings were exact with no waiting and efficient testing process. Doctor was informed, informing and provided great options for my eye care. All staff were educated, friendly and efficient. Downtown store was in a fun busy part of Jasper avenue. Safe, clean secure building and lots of other services nearby on 104st. Come downtown! It's where it's at! I love Edmonton city centre!
