Great doctor. Great receptionist. The lady at front desk helped me with every question I had. I see a 1 star review. That lady probably has a twig stuck somewhere.
I must say that Dr. Simon is a great optometrist. His bedside manner is awesome. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have always had terrific vision with my new glasses and have always been informed of the wait period.
well how do i start well maybe with this... i went there as a referral from my husband i have my own doctor but I thought ok let me try this place..well the eye was given on saturday...glasses ready two weeks, yes two weeks i say... so i get there and i put the glasses on and can not see a damn thing..so new exam that day..and now must wait another two weeks for my glasses to come in again... never go to this place... the most I've waited was one week tops for glasses..worse place ever... i gave it one star because if not th... read more
