Richmond hill office puts you on hold before you can say a word. Hold for a few is ok hold for 6-10 minutes is terrible.
They don’t care about you. I set up an appointment for my sick dad and confirmed everything and asked for them to send the info over for a referral, they said they’re doing it right now. I called the other place to confirm info was sent over and nothing. Tried to contact them two days in a row, and they kept hanging up on me. Never sent anything over. Does not care about sick people that need help. Idk why they’re still open.
