I just spoke to the absolute rudest, most vile person I ever encountered in a doctor's office. Her name is Jackie and she schedules lab procedures for Dr. Stein. I had a question about a procedure code and facility location which should have been an easy answer. She would not let me ask the question, talked over my attempt and practically screamed at me when I attempted to ask it the second time. The person in my insurance office said she did the same to her. She is a bad reflection.
Suffice it to say that he has done an excellent job over the years. Listens, takes time, takes a restrained approach to prescriptions and fad otc meds. Also has a nice, dry sense of humor and an excellent assistant.
