I´ve had the worst experience from the staff to the doctor himself. The results have left me physically in pain, but are also horrible to look at. I wish I could give zero stars. I am reporting him to the Indiana Medical Licensing Board and filing an FDA report because the surgeon used off-label use without proper disclosure. I will further be consulting a Medical Malpractice Attorney.
It’s been 5 years since my surgery and I wanted to come here to give so much thanks. This man is a phenomenal surgeon. The results are still perfect. He listens to his patients and delivers what they ask for. He fixed what a Hollywood surgeon messed up on me. I hope you’re having the best life Dr Eppley!!! You deserve it!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Eppley and his team. The office was very nice and all staff were super friendly to me. The surgery center I had the procedure at up the road was also very nice and clean. I felt well cared for by everyone throughout my entire experience. I would highly recommend Dr Eppley to anyone who could benefit from his services!
