I preface the following statement to praise the office staff...kind, considerate and professional. At first Dr Gordon was pretty good, with a pleasant bedside manner. Over time, though, he didn't seem too interested in my mom's issues. Our last visit was a disaster! Dr Gordon seemed confused and actually yelled at us. Unpleasant to say the least. My poor mother was mortified!
The staff is wonderful and courteous. However, every time we had an appt. had to wait 45min-1hr. Dr. Gordon seemed knife happy. My husband had a procedure that apparently affected his PSA results. He immediately wanted to do a biopsy. I asked for another PSA and it went down from 12 to 5 in a couple of weeks. He still wanted to do a biopsy. We again requested to wait a couple of weeks more and sure enough. PSA levels came back normal. For 2 years when we had office visit o had to insist that prostate be checked for size.
