You retired and deserved to go live life how you wanted to but I'm quite sure I'm not the only patient that misses your touch as a Doctor. You taught me how to take better care of myself. First appt impression was a Dr who wants you to know exactly what you want or need from him and for you to know exact terminology so that he isn’t 100% accountable for your care. He didn't read my paperwork or ask me any questions until I vocalized Im not a Dr I don't know what I need. I would think with a new pt appt he would say he wanted to get to know me, establish a baseline and order labs but no he waited until I said something about labs and then proceeded to say, “well, you didn't ask for that today. Been going to Dr. Troutman for over a decade. He has cured several ailments that were recurring before I had him as my primary Dr. I have followed him to 3 different locations if that tells you anything. He is always respectful, listens and gives options.
