I personally think Dr Barone and his new office is fabulous. Hard together in but great. They all are and so happy Jenny came with him
You moved your office, but if you learned how to have empathy for people that are having a hard time? Still can’t believe the way the doctors office treated me. Yeah I was at my very worst, but I’m a patient and you’re the doctor. Dr. Barone‘s wife was completely, coldhearted and not at all empathetic about anything . Nothing like being laughed at when you’re in a ton of pain to get you into a foul disposition.
Jeff Barone refused to call back to explain the tests results for a test that he ordered. Staff informed me that in order to speak with him directly that I had to book a follow up Tele health appointment to simply have him explain the way he interpreted a test result so he could charge for an additional visit. Instead, I was only able to speak with his MA who was not the best person to explain the results. Combo of chiropractic and FNP is awesome. Dr. Barone does not make you feel rushed. He is very empathetic towards your concerns so when you leave his office you feel confident you are in good hands. Highly recommend him.
