You moved your office, but if you learned how to have empathy for people that are having a hard time? Still can’t believe the way the doctors office treated me. Yeah I was at my very worst, but I’m a patient and you’re the doctor. Dr. Barone‘s wife was completely, coldhearted and not at all empathetic about anything . Nothing like being laughed at when you’re in a ton of pain to get you into a foul disposition.
Jeff Barone refused to call back to explain the tests results for a test that he ordered. Staff informed me that in order to speak with him directly that I had to book a follow up Tele health appointment to simply have him explain the way he interpreted a test result so he could charge for an additional visit. Instead, I was only able to speak with his MA who was not the best person to explain the results.
