Dr. Shang is the most professional doctor that we have gone to. She explains all details of the examination step by step. she very caring. we have been going to her practice for over 15 years she is great.
I agree with reviewer above as "Super rude and unprofessional". She came in and I said I had shingles of my eye. She ran out of the room didn't say a word and then sent her sevretary to tell me to leave. Apparently she claims she never had chicken pox but she should tell you. I also read she had so many infections in her office and had some 50 peolple all get infected after they saw her. She is kind of weird and like a robot with a masked face-- doesn't move her face.
Super rude and unprofessional, lack of medical knowledge. We came in and explained to her our condition, she walked out right away and told front desk she will not see us. Closed the door and not having the decency to apologize or even explain. Can't believe such a human being could even be called "Doctor".
Dr. Shang has been my doctor for over twelve years! I feel like I am in very good hands with her! My office visits never feel rushed; she always answers all of my questions and explains everything in detail! She stays on top of my progress with different tests to make sure everything is going well! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shang!
Dr. Shang explains in simple language which comman man can understand and she listens to question/doubts and answers till you feel satisfied. I am going to Dr. Shang's office for last 4 year and very happy with her analysis and approach.
I've been seeing Dr. Shang for several years, and she has been excellent.
