Dr. Ricks is one of the most compassionate, patient, humble, and caring providers I know. I truly love Dr. Ricks—she is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. My daughter has been a patient since she was born, and she is now 15 years old. We will continue to trust Dr. Ricks with our daughter’s care and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional provider.
Terrible staff, they’re not friendly at all, always answers very rude, takes forever to even make a doctors note, asked for over a month ago and all they have told me is they’ll call me back SMH, and never did. If I could give 0 starts I would ! Terrible! NOT RECOMMENDED

One of the nicest and sweetest doctors you could ever meet!
I absolutely love Dr. Ricks! The wait time is literally all day for walk-ins... but, that’s because there’s a high demand for HER services. I’m sure that says a lot. Aside from the wait time, I think she’s a great doctor and I’d definitely recommend her sweet spirit and professionalism to family and friends!
