They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. My child absolutely loves Barbara Appel, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.
