The doctor took care of my back problem that I had been having for years, and in only a few visits! The staff were very professional and accommodating to my needs. The receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant and worked with me to set my appointments and resolve insurance billing issues. The treatment from the Doctor was excellent, although she often overruns appointment times by being late arriving, or carrying on conversations with patients in the next room. Dr. Downes is a skilled chiropractor; she's always been helpful with my problems, but the wait and lack of professional courtesy is ridiculous. She is always running late - every appointment I've had is at least 30-40 minutes behind schedule. The office staff is great, always pleasant, answers every question, and gets me started on stim on time but then it's like you are forgotten about by the doctor as she loudly chats away with another patient about non-chiropractor related stuff (weather, family, whatever). How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
