I was in Sarasota Memorial Hospital (Venice branch) and Dr. Pavelescu was supposed to stop by my hospital room. He couldn't make it so he precribed some anti-fungus medication without seeing me. I've never been his patient so after discharge from the hospital SMH gave me instructions to contact Dr. Pavelescu's office for an appointment. I called and the call center said he wasn't available on my non dialysis days in Venice so they scheduled me with Dr. Barabara Buckley instead. I have been pleased with the visits and service provided here. Everyone is super nice.
Dr. Buckley is excellent she is very professional and caring. She explains everything so that you have clear understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Buckley for both podiatry and vein needs my experience with her and her staff has been excellent each and every time.
Don’t try to get an appointment with this doctor.. i tried online. 2 weeks with no response so called office and they were out to lunch so left a message with details of heel pain so bad i could barely walk.. 4 weeks later no response. If you need help don’t try this practice… even a call saying they don’t deal with this or something!!!! Susan Wiener
